Worked work Austin and I highly recommend. I went in with a good idea of what I needed for work and he took the time to show me options. Never pushed me into higher priced items or different cars. It was a great experience. I ended up going to Honda lot and continued to work with him there. No regrets. I also worked w Brian in finance and felt comfortable. Definitely impressed, set up an appointment with Chauncy on Monday felt they went above other dealerships to try and earn my business. Never felt rushed or pressured to buy their vehicle. That's how car buying should be.
Out of state buyer here and really impressed with Jacob throughout the whole process. In the preliminary stages of purchasing my vehicle, Jacob was very responsive to all my questions and quickly created a tailored video walkthrough of the vehicle, and was fair in the price negotiation process. Vern Eide Acura was very accomodating of my requests to hold the vehicle for me to fly out. Jacob picked me up from the airport and allowed for an extensive test drive, and even washed the car and filled it up with gas after the test drive. Jacob was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and professional at all times, and was a joy to be around. I am very pleased with the entire dealer and dealership process, especially since I typically opt out of the dealership route with a preference for private party purchases. Jacob and Vern Eide have a family feel about them and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I recently purchased a certified Acura MDX from this dealership. Rueal was my sister's salesman and she encouraged me to check out a certified Acura MDX like she did. Kevin and Rueal were my salesmen. They were very easy to work with and extremely accommodating. They were both super friendly and provided a free from pressure buying experience. Kevin and Rueal didn't just tell me about all of the many functions of the Acura, they exceeded my expectations by showing me! Rueal kept saying welcome to the Acura family! They both truly did treat me like I was part of their family.
I plan on trading in my MDX when my zero deductible certification runs out in the next 3 to 4 years and purchasing another certified MDX. If you aren't familiar with their certification coverage I highly encourage you to check it out! I picked a silver MDX with a gorgeous light gray interior. Why would I want to go anywhere else? Great product! Great salesmen! Great service! Adam was my finance guy who also did a phenomenal job and had me in and out of his office in record time. These 3 men didn't just meet my expectations, they exceeded them! In the future I will only be giving 100% of my car business to Vern Eide Acura!
